permanent restraining orders

When a hearing that revised a permanent restraining order was vacated by the clerk of the court does the restraining order revised at that hearing become voil and if so does the original one become effective again.

When an order is vacated whatever existed prior thereto is reinstated unless the order vacating the order itself dismisses any restraints.
