Pictures on the internet

I was just woundering if there was a law out there about parent putting there childrens photos on the internet? Im the mother and i decided i dont want my daughters pictures on the internet but her father has them on his myspace account. If he refuses to take them down can i do anything about it? We are soon to be divorced and i used to have pictures of my daughter on myspace but i decided with all the dateline specials that i wanted it off. can i make him take it off as well? Thanks

Did you file for divorce yet? Sounds like you did. Hopefully you have an attorney. I would just run this by him or her and make it part of the divorce.
