Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am the plaintiff in a pro se family matter motion to enforce litigants rights case in NJ. The defense cross motioned to increase child support due to a change of circumstance from reduced income and collect day care expenses which were not awarded in the PSA

The defense submitted incomplete, inaccurate and intentionally misleading CIS for this. The judge ruled for a plenary hearing ordering 2012 taxes and the last 3 weeks paystubs, what the defense submitted was incomplete. Going forward in my arguement I want to either compel more discovery or ask for dismissal of the cross complaint because of these bad financials. Where can I find case precedent regarding CIS statements, and details of the rules contained therein? and more details about the rules for CIS submission?
