What is a pleanery trial? How does it work? Do you reccomend a lawyer? What should i do to be prepared?

A plenary hearing or trial is an evidential proceeding usually conducted to determine the legal rights of the parties involved. Testimony and other evidence is offered.

Since your legal rights could be permanently affected in a very serious way, you should consider having counsel.

A plenary hearing is one in which the parties testify under oath and offer items of evidence. It is something you need a lawyer for.
