You need to get a lawyer involved. Today. Now.
Re: Plenary trial
A plenary hearing or trial is an evidential proceeding usually conducted to determine the legal rights of the parties involved. Testimony and other evidence is offered.
Since your legal rights could be permanently affected in a very serious way, you should consider having counsel.
Re: Plenary trial
I really suggest getting an attorney. At least meet with one. My initial consultations are always free and I have offices in New Brunswick and Toms River so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
Re: Plenary trial
A plenary hearing is one in which the parties testify under oath and offer items of evidence. It is something you need a lawyer for.
Call me if you like.
