Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My poor son

My 11 year old son lives with his mother who is living with friends.The mother is still married but recentley separated and has a boyfriend who lives in a state by her mom, where she wants to move. The mother has never worked in 11 years but has promise of employment with the boyfriend. I have had my son every weekend since he was six months old. What are her chances of being able to move with my son.

Most of the time its not just what you present but how its presented. I suggest you get an attorney to help you with this since its not easy to get a court to grant removal. Keep in mind you are asking for custody and removal at the same time. Not an easy thing to do.
