post judgement for alimony reduction
my ex-husband has remarried and files a joint tax return. he is seeking to reduce/eliminate my alimony. is what she earns going to be considered or eliminated as his ''gross income'' amount in determining what he can afford.

that is an issue to fight about, with a lot of other items.
