Wife had inheritance $, I gave support and all indications was never coming back, new furniture ,etc. No contact for one year, all of a sudden a complete reversal, wants to come back? Why? To try a get me removed from my house ,paying the rent also? House in my name only. She made the mistake of leaving and has used child for past 14 yrs. and bargaining tool and knows I'll do anything for only son. How do women get men removed from house if they did nothing wrong? Judge ..What to do so no recurrence. Still in love but no trust. Emptied by bank acct. before leaving.

Your situation is a bit complicated.

I think you need a bit of advice from a divorce attorney, so you can clearly understand what your options are. Then, you can make a decision and work to getting this all resolved.

And by the way, it sounds absolutely awful, she takes your child away, brings him back...you need to resolve this in the manner that is best for you and that is best (as much as you can while he lives with his mother) for your son. Do not let her manipulate you any more.

If you would like me to help you, please give me a call; I am in Hackensack (northern New Jersey). My contact information can be obtained from the links below, just click on the Attorney Profile link. Let my secretary know you found me through LawGuru.
