Please tell me what is a Post-Dispositional hearing and what will this determine? Do I need to file anything and if so how long do I have to file? Thank you.

Re: What is ...

Post dispositional is post final judgment, such as after a divorce is granted or after custody is determined. It is usually a motion filed with the court for a change in some term or terms of the final judgment due to some significant change of circumstances existing at the time the judgment was entered. You probably require the services of an attorney. You can call my office for a brief, further explanation or to schedule an office consultation.
