Post-Nuptial Agreements

Can a post-nuptial agreement be used to divide marital property so that the rights and obligations of certain assets are exclusivly the property of either spouse and not subject to division by a court at a later date should the parties divorce?

A post nuptial agreement which provides consideration on both sides and is arrived at under fair circumstances is possible and enforceable.
