Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Post-Secondary Education

Can the legal definition of post-secondary education include graduate school? My agreement states child support will continue as long as the child is pursuing post-graduate education as a full time student to age 23. My daughter graduated college last week (05/13/04) and plans to continue her education to obtain a masters degree. My ex wishes to declare her emancipated stating that the legal definition of post-graduate is a 4 year undergraduate degree. Is this true? She is 21 years old.

The precise language of the agreement is important. His lawyer may have allowed an unintended loop-hole.
