Pre Divorce/Separation

Can my husband sell our home if I do not consent? House is listed under his name only. We have been married for 12 years.

this is just a part of the process of getting a divorce.

please, please interview a couple of divorce attorneys near you. find an attorney that you are very comfortable, hire that attorney and get some advice.

If the house was acquired during the marriage you have a claim against it.

I would expect that no one would buy the house from a married man without obtaining the signature of his wife.
