my (2) children were removed from my custody two years ago, one reason was the abusive relationship. i have since divorced and recently gotten remarried, and found out that i am pregnant. with the pending custody case pertaining to my two children and the potential for the court to take my parental rights away, i am concerned that the state will demand custody of my baby when he/she is born.
