pre-marital property

I got married and wife owned condo I owned house.sold house and wife kept condo as rental property (she offered to sell thought better to keep investment)we stayed in codo before married but lived in house after married.I payed condo bills thru our joint checking . I interviewed new tenants and let maintainance people in when needed.Rent checks deposited in joint checking mortgage payed thru joint checking. Income from condo beyond mortgage was used to make car payments etc.taxes for both propertys payed thru joint checking.ballance in joint checking at times was at less than $100 dollars.we are getting divorced she is claiming pre-marrital property.I believe since I did the work and because the bills for the codo was payed thru joint checking including property taxes etc. that this property is no longer pre marrital. Thank you in advance for your help with this.

This question should be directed to your lawyer. That being said from the limited facts presented you sould like you have a claim for equitable distribution of the appreciated asset together with potential credits for expenses.

You have a very weak claim to a share of the condo. You might be entitled to compensation for a portion of the payments from joint funds to maintain the condo.
