Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Prenupt agreement in New Jersey
Thanks for taking my question.
Before getting into a marriage, I want to do a prenup agreement with my fiance which will include my own house and personal IRA plan. I live in NJ state. In case if our marriage does not workout, will this agreement be a binding legally enforced contract? Can a judge overrul it by granting my house and or IRA plan fully or partially to my would be wife?
