For a prenuptial agreement to be valid in NJ do attorney for the parties need to review and sign?

I am astonished. You believe that you need a prenuptial agreement to protect yourself, but you do not want to pay an attorney to advise you and do it correctly? That is simply stupid.

Hire a divorce lawyer who is located reasonably near you. Get the job done right.
