Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am preparing to go to court and represent myself to enforce my rights under my current divorce settlement agreement. Is there a case to reference to reference where the defendent's rights are not being enforced that I can reference?

Thanks,

Jim

Good luck going to court alone when you have not a clue as to how to represent yourself.

You might give me a call after 4:30 today or tomorrow which is election day. We might be able to come to a fee arrangement which you can manage.

Call me if you like.
