Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have primary custody of my daughter and I wanna get full sole custody of my daughter. My ex goes around telling people and her family I'm teaching my daughter how too hate her. The reason I have primary cause I petition for a DNA test. She left for for another guy and put his name on the papers. The judge favor me. But I had a choice too have full custody or joint. I thought at that time things would work out but nah it didn't. She barely providing for our daughter and complains about not having a life with her friends

You want to go to Court and ask for sole full custody, it sounds like. And it sounds like you want a child support order against the baby's mother, to make her pay child support money to YOU. If she does not pay, she could end up in jail until she does pay.

An attorney can help you to get this. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you.

Please keep in mind that my response is just a general comment on your question, and not legal advice. Your question and any response does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and this law firm. The exact details of your situation and things that you have not mentioned in your question can completely change the answer to your question. You can not rely upon what I have written, because I do not have all of the information that I need to advise you, I only have the very small amount of information that you put into your question. For me to give you any legal advice, I would need for you to hire me to be your lawyer, and then we would need to discuss this in detail and go over the documents.

To get legal advice that you can rely on and use, please contact me directly. I would be happy to assist you.
