Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Probation...
My sons father is currently on probation for violating his restraining order. A warrant has been issued for non payment of child support. Once he is arrested, will he be violating his probation? if so, wat will happen?

Re: Probation...
You have several serious problems there, and you could use some good advice from an experienced attorney. You need to be safe from him. And you need money from him to raise your child. I am also going to guess that you do NOT have a lot of money to spend on lawyers.
Call if you like; I will not charge you any money for a first phone call. You can then decide how you would like to proceed.

Re: Probation...
Failure to pay eupport is not usually viewed as an offense giving rise to a violation of probation on a criminal matter.
