If he has sufficient funds he can be made to pay your attorney's fees and to support you.

Call me if you like.

Re: How do i proceed?

You need two lawyers. You need a divorce lawyer. I am one. You need an immigration attorney; I share space with one, but do not do this area of law.

Talking about it will not help. You need to go to court, to get a court order for support. You also need expert immigration advice at the same time. Yes, you will have to pay an attorney to assist you with each of these things. It will not be easy. It is necessary.

If you would like, give me a call; I am in northern New Jersey. I will be happy to discuss this with you; the telephone consultation will be free.
