Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Proof of allegations

HI My ex boyfriend and I are int he middle of a custoday battle. I have found out that he plans on telling the courts that I sliced my wrist. This is completely false. What is the judge going to say to that? Does he need some kind of medical records?

Re: Proof of allegations

You should really have an attorney. If you are having a custody fight, there is no reason not to have an attorney. If you have no money, call legal services. If you don't qualify, call the bar association to see if they have a reduced fee program. If you have the money or have access to credit cards, hire a good attorney. He or she will guide you through this whole process.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
