property aquired while married

I am legally still married. We have been non legally seperated for almost three years. we have to children together.we aquired 5 houses during this time. My name is not on anything due to my credit issues. He cheated on me is why I seperated from him. I want to live in one of the houses. I really want one for me and my children. they reside with me. I dont know what im intitled to. Does he have the right to say no. I want to divorce him. I need some stabilty for me and my children can you please help me
