Hello. My ex and i divorced 10 years ago. He kept house and gave me half of the equity but never removed me from mortgage. House has doubled in value. Do i have any rights to increase in value?

If he paid you for your equity, bought you out, you do not own any part of the house. If you were never paid half of the equity and still own the house with him you are in FAT CITY.
