Property rights

I have been engaged for approximately two years.

My fiance rents out his house, and we live in my house.

We split the household expenses in this manner: I list the household bills and he writes me a check for half the amount. All the household bills are paid with my checks.

My question is, if we split up, is he entitled to half or part of my house or any of my other assets?
