Providing residence for minor children

Is it the responsibility of the non custodial parent to provide comparable living accomodations for his minor children (& custodial parent)

I am not certain I understand your question. The noncustodial parent must provide living accommodations for the children during overnight visitation. As for the other parent, the obligation to provide support comes under the heading of alimony, temporary or permanent, if there is a marriage. 800 273 7933.
