If I have a court approved no merger PSA in NJ in which my ex. is was responsible for specific monthly payments and is not complying what are my rights to enforce

This is a LOT easier to do through a lawyer.

You ask for your ex to do what is supposed to be done, in writing and probably sent certified and regular mail. maybe send two such demand letters.

Then you file a motion to force your ex to do it, or pay you back for whatever it is, depending on what is supposed to be done.

Much easier with a lawyer. There is some chance that the Judge will order your ex to pay all or part of your lawyer fees for this.

You can ask the Court to enforce your rights by taking money from his salary or paycheck or seizing some of his assets.
