Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My psa states he is parent of primary residence for school only Until the end of 2013 school year because he kept the marital home and that's where our child went to school and we had to go back to mediation to Update. Last year our son started school in my district so I petition the court to be primary and eereceive child support. We went to mediation with no resolution because he wants to have our son 50/50 even though he works overnight and will need a sitter. I work days and want to keep our original agreement where he only gets him on his 2 nights off a week. Will the judge agree to this or will she make us do 50/50
