Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello, my question: what can a person file to stop a spouse from not paying car payments and telephone service when that spouse was head of household and not yet divorce but has moved out and deciede to stop all pymts. Please help at wits end car is about to be repposed and telephone shut off and I will have no way to contact my child just got recently laid off from low paying job.

Before an attorney can answer your question, you have to answer several questions. Why haven't you filed for divorce? Why did you or the spouse move out? Why haven't you hired an attorney?
