Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My question is similar to the one on http://www.lawguru.com/legal-questions/nebraska-family-divorce-custody-adoption/child-custody-american-citizen-indian-86138544/a.

Similar situation. The concern is about child custody of the US born child. Will I be able to get sole custody? What if the court gives visitation rights to the other parent or joint custody?
