Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

re: reasons for moving out of state

I have some circumstances I would like to ask to determine a courts decision to move out of state. 1. Iam unemployed. I have continued to seek employment that would support myself I2. I live with a parent. 3. im non-custodial parent. 4. Parent is moving out of state and selling home. 5. I have no other shelter to live. 6. I depend on parent to provide shelter, food. ect. at this present moment. 7. I have maintained seven years of every other weekend with my child 8. I have joint legal custody. 9. primary parent is not cooperative in regards to addtional time/any other issues. 10. I have arrears due to periods of unemployment.

With all this factors mentioned, Iam faced with a decision whereas I may have no choice but to move out of state. I would like to maintain my relationship with my child. She is going to be seven yrs old in about a month and half. She has desired more time with me but her mother refuses so she is afraid to ask or even mention it to me after a couple of incidents. Iam willing to find ways to transport my daughter out of state for visitation. Will a court allow me to move and modify visitation from every other weekend to the summers(out of state) and any additional time while iam in state?

Re: re: reasons for moving out of state

You are the guy who posted a question earlier.

You can move out of state, that is not the problem.

The question is how to set up visitation so that you and your daughter keep as good a relationship as possible.

Please get a lawyer. And, please, you do not need to post the same question over again. Everything you are saying makes sense, now you need to get it done.
