I just received a temporary restaining order against my husband. He was charged with assalt He is not in the home. I am going for the permanent restraining order. I am afraid he will try to push me out of the home. What are my rights??

He is the one who is out of the home. If there is a permanent restraining order he will have to stay out of the home. If he is your sole support the Court will order that he continue to support you. You should give me a call.

Your husband can not enter the home while the temporary Order is in place.
You should go for the final restraining Order. You need it. Please do not let him or his attorney talk you out of it.
He can not push you out of the house.
