Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am recently divorced with two children, I have primary custody and joint legal with my ex husband. His parenting time is currently ordered as supervised (by his mother). He is also ordered to be present the entire time from 10am-4pm. My almost 3 year old has told me that he has not been present at all for his parenting time and she is spending time with his mother only. Is this sufficient evidence to take him back to court and ask for his parenting time to be suspended? Also, they refuse to take our son for any parenting time. Is this reason enough to suspend parenting time? Is there ANYTHING I can do? Although my children are young, I'm extremely worried about their psychological well-being and their safety.

Maybe. I would discuss this with you carefully, and then plan carefully how to handle this. Is there ANYTHING you can do? you are right, most of the time Judges do not have the ability to deal with problems like this. I can help you handle this situation to your advantage.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the first office visit.

I know people worry about how expensive a lawyer is, so I am careful to be as inexpensive as I can for my clients. Before you spend a dime, you will know how much this is likely to be.
