Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am recently separated from my husband, altho my father n i never had a good history since i was a child, he is naturally siding with my Ex. We live in a town where my father has grown up, where i have grown up n where my Ex currently lives. I am hearing from several people about the lies n rumors my father is spreading around town about me. He has always been one to talk about other people n put them down when he in fact, is worse than what he's saying about others. People in town are leaving Comments on my Facebook page about me abandoning my children and MORE!! Its really ugly and all untrue. What can i do?!

You can sit down with a good attorney and discuss everything. You may be making a huge mistake here. If it is over, 90% or more of people should file for divorce and not wait. Unless and until you sit down with an attorney, you won't know what is the right option for you.
