Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I recieve social security disability and because my daughter (13) lives with me I recieve money for her to, I want to get child support from her mother, would my benefits impact that at all?

Basically, no, because the more you earn the more the child gets. The mother still has to pay in accordance with her income.
