Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Do I have the right to recoupe past child support for a specified period of time when my child has not fulfilled one of the requirements of the divorse decree? The divorse decree states that he has to be a full time matriculated student maintaining a 2.0 GPA or I can petetion the court for emamcipation.

He was not enrolled in school for the spring semester of 09, but was to make up the spring semester during the summer semesters 09 per a verbal agreement with my ex-wife. I continued paying child support. He never fulfilled that obligation. He returned for the fall semester 09 and has not enrolled for spring 2010.

Child support ends when he is 22 yrs.of age unless there is caistrophic illness and it will continue to 23. He will be 22 yrs old February 2010.
