Relocating

I have remarried and I want to know what rights my ex-husband has to prevent me and my new husband from moving to Florida with my 5 children, 2 of which are my ex-husbands children.

Re: Relocating

If your reason is reasonable and not seen by the Court as an attempt to deny visitation or shared custody with the other parent you will be able to obtain the Court's permission to move outside of New Jersey. You are invited to make an appointment with me.
