Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

relocating out of state

My husband & I are having marital problems. We live in NJ I want to move to Georgia with our son & my daughter. We live in a very bad neighborhood. I have told him over & over again that I want to get my kids out of this enviorment

because I am not use to this kind of living. I have never lived in this kind of area and I don't want my children growing up in this area. I don't let my son go out side, my daughter stays in her room.

If he does not consent to your move, you have to file a motion. I suggest you see an attorney before filing anything.
