Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Relocating out of the state of NJ

I have an 8 mos old and never married to his father. I take care of our child full time and have no family in NJ. I would like to relocate to stay with my family where I can get--name removed--lot support. What are my chances of relocating with the courts permission since my child's father won't agree?

It depends on a variety of factors. Will you be going with an attorney or by yourself?

Your chances are very good!

You need to ask the Court for permission, and this is easier with an attorney's assistance if you can possibly afford that.

Your chances are quite good because you apparently are having difficulty supporting yourself and your child living in New Jersey.

Call me if you like.
