Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Relocation with child

I would like to relocate to Florida with my daughter next year after I graduate. I am having a hard time surviving financially here. I could live with my father in florida, get a good job and save money. The ex will fight it. He sees her every other weekend and 2 days during the week for 3 hours. I have a great visitation plan of 7 weeks in the summer, every other thanksgiving and spring break and a few extended weekends during the school year plus phone and video phone contact. The ex doesn't even call her everyday now. I won't get mich more child support because he has a lousy job and is supporting another child. What are my chances?

Re: Relocation with child

It depends on a number of factors and the history of the case. Will you have an attorney? Will he? What court will you be in? What judge?

I need a lot more information before I can give you a better answer.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
