Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Relocation

Hello, my question is I was already granted a motion to move out of State to North Carolina but had to move back to New Jersey due to health reasons. Now that I am well again we would like to move to where our family is in Indiana. My question is, is the order still good but it has a different State or do I have to open up this whole can of worms again? If you could give me any information I would really appreciate it! Also, keep in mind the father of my child did not see her for six years and just came back two years ago, he only has supervised visits with me when he shows up which is only every few months or so, so my daughter has really no attachment to him at all and considers my partner of nine years to be her father. Also, she will be 13 in a few months-does that have any impact either? Please, let me know, thank you.

Re: Relocation

In my opinion, a motion to move to one state does not allow you to move anywhere at any time. You would have to file another motion.
