Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

relocation

I got seperated from my husband 1 month ago. I have a 2 year old son with me, we are living in my cousins home. I am also pregnant. the reason we got seperated from my husband he and his family was abusive to me over the years and I was forced to live in his families board house for last 1 and a half years with other 5 tenants. I wanted to go my country ( I have a nice home over there) and wait if my husband can rent a place for us, but he took my childs passport. as soon as we got my cousins home (in NY) he filed divorce from NJ. I dont have any relative, any job, any home in NJ. I would like to go my country, I am an engineer I was working in my country before I got married I have a very good life and very nice family in my country. My husband has only brothers in NJ I have many concerns about them, they are very selfish and strange people. My husband scares me all the time, he doesnt care I am carrying our second child , he treatenes me that he would bring me NJ give me only very small amount money , he is not going help me. he wants to take his child for the weekend to that crazy tenant house he stays. He says I cannot do anything. please help me if I can relocate and in the meantime if I can go and live with my nice in Texas.
