Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

relocation

be for my son was born i bought a house in another country my son is now going to be 3 and be for he starts school i want to move to the house that i bought, we already have a custody case, and child support he has not paid since july he and i cannot talk at all we go threw eachother mothers. im only alowd to go with my son on vac. 4 x a year 2 weeks at a time. and he is only supposed to hav visitation time tues. & thurs 4-7 and sunday 10-7 and i let him have our son every weekend to benifit my son and his father due to his father work schedule now i want to move is there a way?
