i have 8 years old son i got divorce with my husband 1 year ago im illegaly here and my son too we want to go back to poland because my exhusband he is usa citizen closed our case to recieve green card .i dont have rights to work here or dl ,but in europe i do and familly,my son was born in poland but my ex husband say he will never give us permission to live to europe .but can he do that if in 5 years he never did papers for my son and he is refusing to support us by not paying child support or taking the car away from us and giving really hard time to me /l

It seems to me that your have fairness on your side. Your husband created this situation and only he should suffer because of it.
