remarriage of ex-wife

I am paying alimony and think my exwife has recently remarried. How can I find out if this is true?

In a way, it doesn't matter if she is married or not. If you suspect she is, you may be entitled to relief. Call me to discuss.

Have you checked with the Hall of Records in your Vicinage?

A marriage license should be on file.

You can check the records of the town where she resides. You could also demand her next tax return

because she must declare her marital status on same. That is all I have off the top of my head.
