You can have a spouse removed from the house for domestic violence. In a divorce situation, if you can prove physical or emotional danger to the other spouse or children, you MAY get a Court to remove the alcoholic spouse. Thank you for your inquiry. In order to have your husband to removed from the marital home, you would need to obtain a temporary restraining order.
