Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Removing children to another state

I have three children from 3 fathers. There is no order for support or custody for my daughters and there is an order of support on my son. I would like to move to Missouri with my fiance. My sons father says I can go but my daughters fathers say I cant. Although they know I want to go they havent filed an order with the courts to keep me here. Can I just leave with the children or would that be considered kidnapping? I havent given the fathers a date on when I'm leaving but I will be waiting until school has let out for the year. The children live with me and spend the majority of their time with me. My oldest daughetr's father sees her every 4 weeks or so and my other daughter's father takes her saturday to sunday. My son's father pays support but dosent see him. I would like to have the children settled in to our new home before a new school year starts. I am a stay at home mom and will continue to be when I move. Please advise on what I can and cannot do.

Re: Removing children to another state

You will have to obtain a court order authorizing you to move with all of your children. This should be done with one motion, if possible. Please call me4 at 800 273 7933 to discuus the mamtter. You can visit my website by clicking on www.garymooreattorneyatlaw.abn1.net/home.asp.
