Reopen divorce agreement after 4 years
My husband found out that his son at 17 was signed out of high school by his ex and his does nat live home. He got a lawyer to dispute child support. She still claims he does live home and now is trying to reopen her divorce for alimony after 4 years. Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to go back to court for more alimony, but there are court cases setting out what the limitations are on this.
With his son, it will be a matter of proof as to whether this 17yr old is emancipated or not. There are a number of factors involved.
