Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Reporting an attorney to the state ethics committee

I had an attorney who represented me and I have reported him to the state ethics committee because I feel that he did not represent me fairly. I placed the complaint last year and have just received his response to my complaint. The secretary of the ethics committee that I am corresponding with has failed to tell me what is going to happen next. I just wanted the state to know that this attorney does not represent his clients according to the oath that he has taken.

I don't really see a question, per se, here. Various ethics matters take differing amounts of time to process, varying further from district to district, and depending in large part upon the reviewing attorneys' time availability and the complexity of the issues.
