Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

repraisals from a TRO

I got a TRO on my child's father but not the FRO (lack of evidence). Are there any actions he can take legally against me for doing this? My only concern is that he will attempt to get joint physical custody in order to get back at me. We now have joint legal and I am the primary residence. Also, I have never interfered with visitation and did not ask that this be changed in my TRO.

He might want custody, but then I want to be a billionaire. So what? Is he a better mother than you are? I think not.
