Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I reside in the state of New Jersey and have an active child support order for my son who is in his first year of college. His father resides in the state of Virginia and recently married in August to a woman who also has a child support order against him in New Jersey. He has not worked much since moving to Virginia 4 years ago. She does and is the bread winner and he stays home and take care of the baby. She can be responsible for my child support payments considering she also has an order against him and is now legally married to him and resides in the same household.
