judge in nj. what happens if the other

side dos'nt respond? i F THEY DO HOW

DO i RESPOND BACK THEN?

I have no idea what type of motion you filed. I would suggest getting an attorney, regardless of what happens. Just because they don't respond, doesn't always mean you will win, but it does give you a great chance.

If they respond, you should respond to their response.
